In our last newsletter, we asked for your ideas as to how we could make your job easier. We received a full complement of suggestions, many of which caused us to to do some serious cogitating. In our thinking, we focused our thoughts on what "was working" both you and for us.
During the next few months, we plan to implement many of your suggestions. Be aware of the fact that most of your suggestions were couched with statements like "Whatever changes you make make certain that you continue what you are now doing".
What we don't plan to change is what many of you feel differentiate us from our competitors. Among other things we definitely plan to continue:
- Reasonable prices(at least we think so)
- Quick delivery
- Locally---- Daily delivery, usually same day
- non-local-- UPS/FX(daily last trip as late as 7P.M.)
- Family-owned-- My three sons and myself
- Free technical support-- Usually by phone,or on-site(if needed)
- Technical consultation-- Offer as part of price
- Knowledge of our products--Both technical and sales
- Maintain product and general information on our WEB site
